    • Received a $300 travel grant from the national Society of Physics Students to present my research at the 241st meeting of the American Astronomical Society.
    • Won Honorable Mention in oral presentations at the 2022 Gulf Coast Undergraduate Research Symposium in Houston, Texas.
  • Nominated for Best Thesis
    • Nominated for the best Honors thesis in Natural Sciences during the 2022-2023 academic year. Final results pending Spring 2023.
  • Bullitt Best Paper in Astronomy
    • Awarded for the best submitted publication in astronomy from the University of Louisville.
  • Dean's Travel Award - Gulf Coast Undergraduate Research Symposium
    • Awarded over $1,000 in travel to attend and present research at the 2022 Gulf Coast Undergraduate Research Symposium in Houston, Texas, at Rice University.
  • NASA KY EPSCoR REU Space Grant
    • Awarded $8,000 from NASA KY to complete a Research Experience for undergraduates during the 2022-2023 academic year, studying independent development of isolated galaxies (continuation of void galaxy research).
  • Chambliss Astronomy Achievement Student Award
    • Selected as one of five undergraduate medalists for my iPoster research presentation at the 240th meeting of the American Astronomical Society, out of 130 entrants.
  • National Society of Physics Students Travel Award
    • Received a $300 travel grant from the national Society of Physics Students organization to present my astronomical research at the 240th meeting of the American Astronomical Society.
  • Barry Goldwater Scholar
    • Awarded the Barry Goldwater scholarship, the most prestigious STEM undergraduate research scholarship, out of a pool of over five thousand undergraduates from across the United States.
  • AAS FAMOUS Grant Awardee
    • Awarded $1,000 from the American Astronomical Society's FAMOUS grant for attendance toward the 240th AAS meeting, intended to support underrepresented astronomers and further their careers.
  • Craft Academy's Outstanding Alumni Award
    • Awarded as one of the first Outstunding Alumni of the Craft Academy for Excellence in Science and Mathematics.
